Fall Fun

Meet Tay. She is my lovely roommate. We have been friends for a while now, but living in the confines of a 12x15 room has brought us a lot closer. to say the least. When she has something to say it is always important, and always hilarious. I can count on her for a good laugh every time I am with her. We are a lot alike but very different. We spend our nights avoiding dinner because neither of us likes to be the one to decide where to go (we hate "the Caf"), and watching John and Kate plus 8. We were upset when Project Runway ended last week, but excited that Leanne won. We love visitors, and look forward to trips away from campus. We laugh until we cry. In fact, mention "Big Girl Takes a Fall" to her and see if she doesn't laugh. do it. i dare you.


This is Jacob. aka "the fit guy" I have known Jacob since the 5th grade, and over the past several years we have become close friends. He is going to miss us when he goes to App this spring. Ask him who he hangs out with in his spare time. He begs to hang out with Tay and me. If he is lucky, we let him take us out to dinner and to random places for spontaneous fun (the pet store, Barnes & Noble, pumpkin patch). He is our free entertainment. He like to watch Friends with us and rearrange our room. Over fall break Tay, Jacob, and I hung out until 1:30 AM drinking coffee in the empty Starbucks parking lot, and eating Waffles at Waffle House without a care in the world.


This is my little Fresca. Isn't she cute?! Last week, Jacob invited Tay and I over to his house to eat his mom's delicious spaghetti. On the way there, Jacob told us our dorm needed Fall decor, so we stopped by the pumpkin patch. We spent a long time picking out the best pumpkins, and decided to give them faces so they could see their new home. They are neighbors and they garnish our windowsill very nicely.
